A specialty Canadian product, don’t look for it at your neighborhood supermarket. It won’t be there. This is a lean blend of pork meat and spices, ground and stuffed into the shape of a flower. It is then smoked over natural beech and maple wood for seven days, and dried for two months. A great addition to a sandwich, or your special charcuterie board.
