Wild caught salmon from the Pacific Northwest marries whole cream, capers and spices to produce a harmony of flavors so delicate, you will be a little closer to heaven! Wrapped in a thin layer of Lox and refreshing cucumber. Two versions are available, the original, delicate salmon and cream flavors, and the kicked-up version with extra spices and garlic. Your choice.
