Birch bark for pain relief, blackberry leaf helps reduced fever and is used as a general tonic, dandelion leaf as a tonic and to promote regularity, fennel to relax, anti-diarrheal, anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea. Horsetail has antibiotic properties and can prevent oral infections. Mullein for respiratory distress, expectorant and anti-inflammatory. Peppermint for digestion, stress, headaches and breathing ease. Raspberry leaf to reduce sore throat and vomiting. Rosehips are a source of vitamin C. Thyme is an antiseptic and expectorant. This is not our best tasting tea but it’s the first thing we reach for when we are under the weather.
